Create or Edit a Release Train

Release Trains give you complete visibility into the overall release plan, releases across teams, and release dependencies.

Create a New Release Train

1. Sign in to the Calibo Accelerate platform, from the left navigation pane, click Release Trains.

2. To create a release train, click + New Release Train.

3. On the New Release Train screen, enter the following information:

   Name	Provide a name for the release train.
   Public	Use the toggle to set the visibility of the release train. When disabled, the release train is private and can be viewed only by users with the tenant admin role.
   	When the toggle is enabled, the release train is public and visible to all users regardless of their role.
   Description	Provide a description for the release train.
   Created by	This field is automatically populated with your name.
   Release Train Manager	Select one or more users who will be the Release Train Manager for this release train.
   Tags	Add or select a tag to associate with the release train. Tags can help you to group release trains.

4. Click Create to add the new release train.

Edit a Release Train

To edit an existing Release Train, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Calibo Accelerate platform, from the left navigation pane, click Release Trains.

2. On the Release Trains tab, locate the release train you want to edit.

3. Click the ellipsis (...) icon on the release train tile and select Edit.

4. On the Edit Release Train page, update the required fields such as:

   • Name – Modify the name of the release train if necessary.

   • Description – Update the purpose or details of the release train.

   • Public – Toggle the visibility setting to make the release train private or public.

   • Release Train Managers – Add or remove managers responsible for overseeing the release train.

   • Tags – Add or remove tags to better organize and group release trains.

5. Click Save to apply the changes.
